Phuong is Senior Investment Manager at VinaCapital, where she manages the VinaCapital Integrated Balanced Fund (VINACAPITAL-VIBF), and insurance-linked products.

Phuong has over 14 years of experience in fund management and research, covering various sectors in the Vietnamese market. Prior to joining VinaCapital in 2019, she worked as a Senior Analyst at PXP Vietnam Asset Management, an investment boutique firm with a focus on listed equity. Phuong also has experience in auditing and consulting at Deloitte Vietnam, where she served clients in various industries.

Phuong holds a Master of Financial Analysis with Distinction from the University of New South Wales, Australia, and a Bachelor’s in Accounting and Auditing from the University of Economics Ho Chi Minh City. Phuong passed the CFA level 2 examination and is a licensed Fund Manager in Vietnam.
