VinaCapital Fund Management Joint-Stock Company (“VCFM”) is one of the most experienced asset management companies in Vietnam. VCFM was founded in 2012 as a subsidiary of VinaCapital Group and operated under the name of VinaWealth Fund Management Company until July 2017. VCFM provides investment management and investment advisory services for both domestic and international investors/clients. Our products include Vietnam-domiciled funds, foreign-domiciled funds, managed accounts and advisory services. VCFM is licensed and regulated by the State Securities Commission of Vietnam (SSC).
VCFM is 100% owned by VinaCapital Group, one of Vietnam’s most experienced asset management and real estate development companies, with over USD 3.9 billion in assets under management in Vietnam. VinaCapital has 19 years of experience in Vietnam, and currently manage funds across multiple asset classes, including public and private equity, fixed income, real estate, venture capital, and managed accounts.

Brook earned an executive MBA from INSEAD and a bachelor’s in commerce & Administration from Victoria of Wellington, New Zealand. Brook is also a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants Australia & New Zealand and the Association of Certified Chartered Accounts (UK).
Prior to joining VinaCapital, Thu was co-founder, CEO and CIO of Vietnam Asset Management, where she executed a successful 7-year track record managing open-ended funds investing in Vietnamese equities. In the past five years, Thu has been instrumental in developing VinaCapital’s open-ended fund business. Thu holds a Bachelor of Business Administration (First Class Honours) from the National University of Singapore and is a Chartered Financial Analyst (“CFA") charterholder.
Prior to joining VinaCapital, Andy was director of investment at Prudential Vietnam, where he looked after the company’s capital market portfolio and developed its bank investment strategy, which provided a return of four times over an 18-month period.
Thai earned a BA from Harvard University and an MBA from The Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania. She holds a Fund Management License issued by the State Securities Commission of Vietnam.
